We ship within Canada via Canada Post from Bowmanville, Ontario.  We DO NOT ship internationally.

• All items are shipped within 24-48 hours (during business days) of your order being placed and payment being received (a tracking number will be sent upon shipment, please check junk folder if you don’t receive one)

• Shipping is provided and insured by Canada Post.

• Any delays in your package being delivered to your address is dependant on Canada Post.

• If available, a tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Nothing But Fashion IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• *Delays with shipping.

• *Items lost or damaged in the mail. Canada Post is responsible once we ship the package.

 

RETURN POLICY:

REGULAR priced items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

​

• *unworn clothing with all tags attached. We absolutely cannot accept returns on worn, washed or altered items.

• ITEMS ENDING IN .95 or .00 are FINAL SALE - no refunds, no exchanges 

 

NOTE ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF FREE SHIPPING WAS PROVIDED AND THE RETURNED ITEM(S) RESULT IN THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD TO NOT BE MEET THE SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

Bring your item and online copy of receipt to Nothing But Fashion and we will return or exchange your online purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR:

 

You may exchange an item, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and items must meet the following criteria:

​

• *Unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing with original tags attached.

 

If exchanging an item for a different size or colour the following criteria applies:

• *Item must be a different size or colour than the returned item

• *Item must be shipped and sold by Nothingbutfashion.net

 

PURCHASING POLICY:

The Nothing But Fashion website displays all products with the List Price in Canadian currency. If an item or items are incorrectly priced on nothingbutfashion.net we will notify you of the actual pricing to get your permission to ship the product at the correct price or contact you with a cancellation notice. In store prices and promotions do not apply to nothingbutfashion.net.
